Agni + Soma with Shea Walker
Angi + Soma yoga asana is inspired by the yogic and Ayurvedic concepts of Agni (fire/sun) and Soma (nectar/moon). Agni is what transforms, ignites, digests and soma is what nourishes, rejuvenates, calms. In this 60 minute class you'll begin by stoking the inner fire of mind and body with warming movements and heat-building yoga asana. To balance and harmonize agni, class will finish with soma practices such as pranayama (breath-control), seated or supine movements, and/or guided meditation.
